CCHS attends Science Olympiad

Science Olympiad is a nonprofit organization developed 30 years ago to improve the quality of science education for students. The Science Olympiad consists of interscholastic competitions for students in grades 6th-12th. It is a way to provide recognition of outstanding achievement in science education by both students and teachers as teams from all 50 states compete at the Regional, State and National levels.
This weekend Isaac Calvert became CCHS’ first entry ever in the WV Science Olympiad held at Marshall University. Congratulations Isaac!
Thank you Mr. Bender and the Pre-engineering class for all your hard work and accomplishments this year. The CCHS Pre-engineering class also won first prize last fall at the WVU pumpkin drop engineering competition.
