Candidates must have a commitment to Catholic Education. The ideal candidate will possess an outgoing and positive personality and will attract students to CCHS in collaboration with school administrators through active involvement throughout the community. This position is responsible for establishing admissions operational strategies with the Director of Advancement by evaluating trends; establishing critical measurements, customer-service strategies, project management, designing systems; resolving problems and implementing change. The successful candidate will promote CCHS and attract new students by maintaining working relationships with other partner, parochial, public and private grade schools. This person will be responsible for developing and administering the annual admission calendar as well as open houses, they will possess skills in the use of desktop publishing, word processing, including word, excel and power point. Experience and comfort with facilitation of committee meetings, preparing presentations and speaking effectively in a variety of public forums is required. This position is responsible for standardized testing administration and interpretation and will serve on the school leadership team. Candidate must possess good communication and organizational skills to be successful and be willing to work a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years’ experience in admissions, enrollment management, or sales required. Salary is commensurate with experience and school budget.
