The CCHS Course Catalog provides a detailed look at the challenging and diverse curriculum designed to prepare students for success in college and beyond.

CCHS offers a diverse curriculum with college preparatory, honors, AP, and dual-credit courses through partnerships with West Liberty University, Wheeling University, and West Virginia Northern Community College. Students can explore core subjects, fine arts, digital media, engineering, and leadership studies, tailoring their education to their strengths and interests. Whether pursuing STEM, humanities, or creative fields, every student gains a well-rounded foundation for future success.

Class Rank & GPAs

All students follow a college preparatory curriculum. Honors, Advanced Placement, and Dual-Credit courses are weighted. Placement in all courses is based on teacher recommendation, achievement, aptitude and motivation. CCHS does not provide nor publish class rank.

Grading Scale: A = 90-100 B = 80-89 C = 70-79
D = 60-69 F = below 60

10th Grade: NWEA Map Growth Testing, PSAT/NMSQT, ARK Testing
