Volunteering
Volunteers are a vital part of the Central Catholic family, offering time, talent, and energy to support our students, staff, and programs. Whether assisting at school events, helping with fundraising efforts, or lending a hand behind the scenes, volunteers make a meaningful difference in the daily life of our school. There are many ways to get involved, and every contribution helps build a stronger, more connected CCHS community.
Give Your Time and Make an Impact
Here's How to Help
Virtus (Parent Volunteer Training)
All parent volunteers at Central Catholic High School are required to complete VIRTUS training, part of the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston’s Safe Environment Program. This online training ensures that all individuals working with students understand how to create and maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. The process includes an online course, background check, and agreement to diocesan policies. Completing VIRTUS is a vital step for any parent or guardian who wishes to volunteer at school events, athletic activities, or classroom functions. For more information or to begin the process, please contact the CCHS Main Office.
