  • All payments need to go through the FACTS system.  An automatic payment deduction from a banking institution must be established. To set up your banking information click here.

If you used the FACTS system for financial aid in one of the Diocese of Wheeling/Charleston parochial schools you can use the same username and password to enter; however, you will need to set up your checking information.

Tuition Refund Policy

Tuition is charged until the day a signed withdrawal form is completed by the parents and submitted to the school office.

  1. Students whose tuition was paid in full will be charged a daily rate and a refund for the remaining tuition.
  2. Students whose family is behind in payment will not have their transcripts sent to their new school until payment is made in full.

Tuition Agreement Policy

Whereas Central Catholic High School is a parochial school, and the undersigning parent(s) desire their child/children to be enrolled in Central Catholic High School, the Tuition Agreement is legally binding and agreed upon by both parties.

By enrolling your child as a student at Central Catholic High School for the 2023-2024 school year, the parent or legal guardian agrees to pay for the tuition and fees. Payments will be made monthly or in one full payment as designated by the parent or legal guardian on the Tuition Agreement Form. The total tuition due for the 2023-2024 school year is specified on the 2023-2024 Tuition Form.

Families requesting an alternate payment plan must submit, in writing to the Principle of Central Catholic High School, the reasons for the alternate plan that include any special or unusual circumstances. If approved by the principle, all payment arrangements will be made through the Director of Finance.

An automatic withdrawal access to a ban or savings account must be validated in advance of the first tuition payment due date.

Central Catholic High School reserves the right to implement the following actions for outstanding tuition balances:

— Disenrollment from Central Catholic High School

— Suspension from all school-related activities

— Ineligible for athletic participation

— Not allowing completion of assignments or taking of exams in an incomplete for final semester grade.

Tuition Deposit

The $500 deposit payment is due at the time of enrollment and re-enrollment. This amount will be deducted from the total tuition cost. This amount will not be refunded if your child leaves or decides not to attend Central Catholic High School after August 1, 2023. This amount can be paid in full at the time of enrollment or re-enrollment or be split according to the designated option the parent or legal guardian selects on the Tuition Deposit Form B.

Tuition Assistance

Financial assistance is awarded based on need and determined through the use of the TAP Financial Aid System through the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston. FACTS is an independent third party provider system sanctioned by the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston for use by all Catholic Schools within the Diocese.

Once financial aid is awarded for Catholic students, those who applied and are not Catholic, but are deemed eligible under the criteria are then eligible for unrestricted endowed tuition assistance from the school. In all cases, Central Catholic High School does not award financial assistance to students where there are no family contributions being made.

After aid is applied to the recipient’s account, the family is notified and arrangements are made for the balance to be paid. If the family is still in need of assistance with some of the remaining balance of tuition, they can request additional aid from Central Catholic High School.
